Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking an Arcade Technician to keep our games running smoothly across locations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games, ensuring uptime and an exceptional guest experience.

Work with the Technical/General Manager to implement maintenance plans, manage parts, and assist guests with issues. This role requires a HS diploma, technical training, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and some technical training.
• Minimum one year of technical experience or equivalent training through classwork or previous employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication and team leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games to minimize downtime and maintain like‑new condition.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager or General Manager to develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan.
• Source and manage game parts to minimize expenses and maintain accurate tracking in the web‑based system.
• Communicate all arcade operational issues promptly to management.
• Assist guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
• Keep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning properly.
• Follow all security procedures for token collection, storage, and company assets.
• Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and general arcade upkeep.
• Support other locations with game setups, moves, and operational improvements as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
