Qualifications

• One year of technical computer experience or relevant training.
• Able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and hardware issues.
• Work well with others and communicate clearly.
• Be proactive and think ahead to see what needs to be done.
• Manage time and tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair arcade games and monitor their performance.
• Diagnose game issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Assist guests with problems or when they need help picking prizes.
• Update the Attractions Manager on game status and needs.
• Support other tech projects and overall upkeep of the arcade.
