Job summary

FatCats Entertainment in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking an Arcade Technician to keep our games in top shape and ensure a fun guest experience. You’ll diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and repair arcade machines while engaging with players.

Daily tasks include cleaning, monitoring performance, assisting guests, and coordinating with the Attractions Manager. If you enjoy hands-on work in a lively team, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• One year of technical hardware experience or relevant training.
• Can troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and hardware issues.
• Work well with others and communicate clearly.
• Be proactive and think ahead to see what needs to be done.
• Manage time and tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean arcade games to prevent downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, software and hardware issues.
• Monitor game performance and implement preventive maintenance.
• Assist guests with game selections and prize redemption.
• Communicate status updates to the Attractions Manager.
• Support other tech projects and overall upkeep of the arcade area.
