Qualifications

• One year of technical computer experience or relevant training.
• Can troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and hardware issues.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Be proactive and think ahead to identify what needs to be done.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean arcade games, monitor performance, and perform repairs.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist guests in the redemption area.
• Update Attractions Manager on game status and progress on repairs.
• Support other tech projects and upkeep of arcade equipment.
