Role Description

This is an on-site contract/part time/full time role for an Arcade Tech located in Houston. The Arcade Tech will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of arcade games and related equipment. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, performing routine checks, and ensuring that all games are operating efficiently. The role also involves updating software and firmware on machines, managing inventory parts and supplies, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a superior gaming experience for patrons. This role will encompass driving to multiple locations

Qualifications

• Technical skills in electronics repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Experience with arcade games, entertainment, and IT services
