Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking a maintenance technician to keep arcade games running smoothly and guests smiling. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure top condition of all games.

You’ll assist guests, stock parts, and follow security and safety procedures, working with the Technical or General Manager to plan upkeep. This full-time on-site role requires a high school diploma and basic technical training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and some technical training.
• Minimum one year of technical experience or equivalent training through classwork or previous employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication and team leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games to minimize downtime and maintain like-new condition.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager or General Manager to develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan.
• Source and manage game parts to minimize expenses and maintain accurate tracking in the web-based system.
• Communicate all arcade operational issues promptly to management.
• Assist guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
• Keep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning properly.
• Follow all security procedures for token collection, storage, and company assets.
• Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and general arcade upkeep.
• Support other locations with game setups, moves, and operational improvements as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
