Job summary

Family Entertainment Group in Prescott Valley, Arizona, seeks an on-site Arcade Technician to keep games running at peak performance and ensure a first-class guest experience.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games, source parts, and assist guests with issues while collaborating with managers to improve operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.
• At least one year of technical experience or related training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games.
• Collaborate with Technical Manager or General Manager to develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan.
• Source and manage game parts to minimize expenses and maintain accurate tracking in the web-based system.
• Communicate all arcade operational issues promptly to management.
• Assist guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
• Keep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning properly.
• Follow all security procedures for token collection, storage, and company assets.
• Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and general arcade upkeep.
• Support other locations with game setups, moves, and operational improvements as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
