Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking an arcade technician to keep games in top shape and guests smiling. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games, working closely with management to implement maintenance plans and ensure a seamless guest experience.

You will source parts, manage inventory, assist guests with issues, and support nearby locations with setups and improvements while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and some technical training.
• Minimum one year of technical experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games to minimize downtime and keep games in good condition.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager or General Manager to develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan.
• Source and manage game parts to minimize expenses and maintain tracking in the system.
• Communicate arcade operational issues promptly to management.
• Assist guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
• Keep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning.
• Follow security procedures for token collection, storage, and assets.
• Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and arcade upkeep.
• Support other locations with game setups, moves, and improvements as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

From fixing games and keeping them in top shape to helping guests get back to the fun, you play a key role in delivering the ultimate entertainment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
• Keep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning properly.
• Follow all security procedures for token collection, storage, and company assets.
• Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and general arcade upkeep.
• Support other locations with game setups, moves, and operational improvements as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
