Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an Arcade Manager for a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will oversee the arcade, VR, laser tag, and bumper cars, drive sales goals, and manage a retail-style prize center while guiding a team of hourly staff.

The role requires 1–2 years of management experience, strong guest service, and solid Excel reporting skills. Familiarity with systems like Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros, and Embed is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience.
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to analyze reports and proficiency with Excel.
• Familiarity with Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros and Embed software is a plus.
