Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking an Arcade Attendant to create a fun, safe guest experience at our family entertainment center. You will assist guests, operate POS systems, and help maintain clean, organized arcade areas.

This role requires a high school diploma, friendly demeanor, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will handle tickets, prizes, and merchandise while providing excellent customer service and safeguarding guests and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash, credit, and vouchers accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, returns, exchanges, and security procedures.
• Maintain daily sales records and transaction logs.
• Monitor arcade floor for safety and address security risks as needed.
• Answer guest questions about games or products and merchandise.
• Load tickets and prizes into machines and restock displays.
• Explain games or products to guests and demonstrate play.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Clean games, tables, counters, and shelves for a tidy environment.
• Conduct inventory and assist with stocking items.
• Troubleshoot and clear token or ticket jams.
• Support minor game maintenance and move equipment as needed.
• Take out trash and assist with general cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
