Job summary

Five Star Parks and Attractions is seeking a guest-focused associate to greet guests, answer questions, stock prizes, and assist with light game maintenance. You will help ensure a welcoming, safe, and engaging arcade floor experience for guests of all ages.

Responsibilities include assisting technicians, restocking inventories, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with a multi-department team during busy periods. Weekend availability is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Able to work in a loud, high-energy environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests on the arcade floor in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist Game Technicians with minor maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Stock and rotate crane prizes, replenish coin/ticket dispensers, and report shortages.
• Maintain floor cleanliness and safety, report hazards to management.
• Collaborate with Game Technicians, Redemption Staff, and Floor Supervisors; participate in opening/closing duties.
