Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a friendly Game Room Attendant to greet guests, ensure games run smoothly, and promote our center’s offerings. This part-time role includes evenings, nights, and weekend shifts in a single location.

You will operate POS systems, assist guests with games and payments, and help maintain a clean, engaging arcade area while contributing to a fun, guest-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games.
• Promote all center offerings (bowling, billiards, and food & drinks).
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests.
• Unload, stock, and maintain the inventory level for the arcade’s redemption center.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.
