Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a part-time Game Room Attendant to greet guests and ensure a smooth, fun experience in our arcade and entertainment center. You will help guests with games and payments, promote attractions such as bowling and food offerings, and keep the arcade area clean and stocked.

Ideal candidates bring a strong guest-service mindset, solid communication, and teamwork. Evening and night shifts with weekend availability are typical for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven success in school or previous job experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.
• Assist guests who are having trouble with games or payments.
• Promote center offerings (bowling, billiards, food & drinks).
• Operate POS systems while selling arcade cards.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory for the arcade's redemption center.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.
