Job summary

Family Entertainment Group LLC is hiring an Arcade Technician to keep arcade games running smoothly and deliver a great guest experience. You will perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure games are in top condition.

You will collaborate with the Technical/General Manager to implement maintenance plans, manage parts, assist guests, and support game setups across locations, while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and some technical training.
• Minimum one year of technical experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and preventive maintenance on arcade games.
• Collaborate with management to implement a preventive maintenance plan.
• Source and manage game parts and track inventory.
• Communicate operational issues to management promptly.
• Assist guests with game issues in a friendly manner.
• Support game setups, moves, and upkeep across locations.
