Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games to minimize downtime and keep them in top condition.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager or General Manager to develop and execute a maintenance plan.
• Source and manage game parts to minimize expenses and track in the system.
• Assist guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
