Job summary

Casa Bonita Denver is seeking an Arcade Attendant to ensure a fun, seamless guest experience by assisting with game operations, Casa Card transactions, and redemption services. You will maintain arcade cleanliness, troubleshoot minor machine issues, and support merchandising and cash handling.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 6 months experience in a high-paced environment.
• Prior cash-handling experience.
• Proficiency in math.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate about serving others.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, days, late nights, and holidays.
• Regular and dependable attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Availability for Thursday, Friday, Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow established steps of service to ensure arcade is set up for a seamless guest experience.
• Able to work independently while communicating clearly with teammates.
• Welcome and engage with guests to create a memorable experience.
• Learn, adapt to feedback, and comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Check inventory and pricing on merchandise, soda stock, and prizes.
• Assist guests with Casa Card arcade redemption system and loading credits.
• Sell and serve soda to guests, maintaining service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and daily/weekly upkeep of arcade area.
• Operate POS systems, process redemptions, and complete daily cash reports.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major malfunctions to maintenance.
