Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in New Jersey is hiring a part-time Game Room Attendant to greet guests, keep games running, and promote bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.

You will operate multiple POS systems, stock the arcade redemption center, and maintain a clean, engaging arcade space while delivering friendly service. Evening/night shifts available; must be 18+ with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• A commitment to great guest service (friendly, gracious, always willing to help).
• Solid communication skills.
• Strong team player.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure that all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games.
• Promote all of our center’s offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests.
• Unload, stock, and maintain the inventory level for your arcade’s redemption center.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.
