Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Technician to oversee, maintain, and repair arcade and bowling machines in our Miry Brook, CT location. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus two years of related experience or equivalent education.

Weekend and closing availability and ability to work overtime are needed. You will respond to customer complaints, assist with installation and repairs, and keep a clean, organized workshop while delivering friendly service in a busy arcade

Qualifications

• Two-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with integrity and respect for others.
• Solid communication, critical thinking, and analytical abilities; comfortable with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer complaints of machine malfunction and analyze mechanisms to identify root causes.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repairs of arcade and bowling machines (mechanical and circuitry).
• Identify common problems with components such as controls and audio systems.
