Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. in Las Vegas seeks a Mechanic/Technician to oversee, maintain, and repair arcade and bowling machines.

You will work with the Facilities Manager to ensure uptime and safety while delivering quality service across lanes and arcade equipment. Ideal candidates must have a High School diploma or GED and 2–3 years of mechanical or electrical experience, with open availability for varying shifts, including nights.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of mechanical or electrical technical experience.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager in servicing bowling and arcade equipment.
• Respond to customer complaints and diagnose root causes of malfunctions.
• Perform maintenance on lanes, pinsetters, oiling machines, and related equipment.
• Adhere to OSHA safety practices and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized workshop and update maintenance charts.
