Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer complaints of machine malfunction; analyze the mechanism to find the root of the problem.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repairs of both mechanical and circuitry issues in arcade games and/or bowling machines.
• Identify common problems with components like controls and audio systems.
