Job summary

Round One Entertainment is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Arcade/Bowling Technician to maintain and repair arcade and bowling equipment in a busy entertainment venue. The role covers servicing the facility, responding to malfunctions, and performing preventive maintenance with guidance from the Facilities Manager.

Open availability is preferred, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair arcade and bowling equipment to ensure uptime.
• Respond to customer complaints and analyze root causes of malfunctions.
• Address error calls and perform preventive maintenance per charts and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety practices and company policies.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager and complete assigned tasks.
• Identify common equipment issues and support facility maintenance as needed.
