Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Facility Manager in Hayward, CA to oversee repairs and technical operations of all amusement arcade games. You will supervise maintenance of bowling, arcade and Spo-cha machines, manage budgets, plan upgrades, and ensure OSHA safety compliance.

The role requires strong customer service, safety training, and ability to work varied shifts including weekends. Travel may be required; a High School Diploma or GED is required, with about two years related

Responsibilities

• Provides tasks to team appropriately depending on the facility condition (Bowling, Arcade, Spo-cha).
• Follows up to complete any assigned work.
• Maintains bowling equipment and amusement arcade games at high operating proficiency.
• Identifies and suggests repairs/replacements of malfunctioning equipment for approval.
• Trains other mechanics in safety procedures and operation standards.
• Ensures equipment compliance with OSHA safety practices.
• Responds to error calls for bowling, spo-cha or arcade issues.
• Assists with planning and budgeting for repairs/upgrades.
• Works varying shifts including weekends/holidays to support business needs.
• Conducts inventory on facility equipment and related items.
• Keeps workshop clean and organized.
• Obtains bids for regular and emergency repairs/maintenance per budget.
• Monitors and schedules regular maintenance of HVAC, roof, plumbing, electrical, life/safety systems.
• Performs other facility maintenance tasks as needed.
• Identifies common problems with controls and audio systems.
