Job summary

Round One Entertainment is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the team at our brand-new Ventura entertainment venue. You will oversee repairs, maintenance, and technical operations of arcade games and equipment, including bowling and Spo-Cha machines.

The role includes budgeting for repairs/upgrades, scheduling, and administrative duties. Travel may be required, and alcohol handling may be part of duties with proper age compliance.

Qualifications

• Facilities Manager must have strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety practices and ability to train others in safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of bowling, arcade and Spo-Cha machines.
• Identify and suggest repairs or replacements; escalate for approval as needed.
• Train mechanics in safety procedures and standards of operation.
