• Two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repairs and maintenance of bowling, arcade, and Spo-cha machines.
• Ensure equipment servicing to highest operating proficiency.
• Train mechanics in safety procedures and standards.
• Obtain bids for regular and emergency repairs/maintenance within budget.
• Monitor HVAC, roof, plumbing, electrical, and life/safety systems.
• Respond to equipment errors and service requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized workshop.
