Job summary

Round One Entertainment is opening a new family entertainment facility in Colorado Mills, Lakewood, seeking a Facility Manager to lead the team. The role focuses on repairs and technical operations of arcade games, with responsibility for planning repairs and upgrades and supporting budget processes.

The position requires two years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across bowling, arcade, and spo-cha operations.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Work environment is a bowling center/arcade with high noise and activity.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and maintains mechanical/electronic arcade equipment and related systems.
• Directs repairs, technical operations, and sanitation of facility equipment.
• Assists with planning and budgeting for repairs/upgrades; handles administrative duties.
• Obtains bids and coordinates maintenance for facility systems (HVAC, roof, plumbing, electrical).
• Trains mechanics on safety procedures and standards; ensures OSHA compliance.
• Responds to equipment failure calls and coordinates corrective actions.
• Manages equipment transportation and installation using proper tools; conducts inventory.
• Maintains clean, organized workshop and confidential handling of policies.
