Job summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center in Kentucky is seeking a Store Manager to lead a storefront team, create a welcoming environment, and build strong customer relationships. You will supervise staff, manage payroll, and ensure adherence to policies while meeting sales and budget targets.

You will oversee in-store displays, inventory, and training for staff and beneficiaries, with attention to safety and compliance, including OSHA and CPSC guidelines, and report to the Administrator
