Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team and ensure smooth, high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will help run shifts, support Team Members, and contribute to a culture of excellent service while advancing along a clear career path with KBP Inspired.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18+.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities
