Job summary

KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, invites you to join Arby’s as a Shift Manager in Sanford, NC. You’ll lead a team during fast-paced shifts, ensure great guest experiences, and keep operations moving from service to service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18+.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and oversee Team Members during service.
• Ensure guest experiences are memorable and operations run smoothly.
• Support other leaders and drive shift performance.
