Job summary

KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant team and deliver great food and memorable guest experiences in Leesburg, VA. You will drive successful shifts, train and support Team Members, and keep operations moving with a focus on guest satisfaction.

This role offers clear career paths to higher roles such as Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager, with opportunities to grow as a leader within the KBP network.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18+.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate shift operations to ensure smooth service.
• Support Team Members and manage staff during busy periods.
• Protect guest experience by maintaining food quality and timely service.
