Job summary

KBP Inspired, in partnership with Arby’s, is seeking a Shift Manager in Florida to lead a fast-paced team and deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will train staff, manage shifts, and help drive performance with a clear path to higher roles within KBP Brands. This leadership opportunity emphasizes teamwork and guest satisfaction in a busy restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (or retail).
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, and using restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift operations.
• Support Team Members and ensure guest experiences.
• Keep operations moving smoothly during peak times.
