Job summary

Arby’s with KBP Inspired is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant team, ensure smooth shifts, and deliver great food and guest experiences.

You’ll support Team Members, manage operations, and advance along a clear path to Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles while enjoying benefits like paid training, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18+.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Coach and develop Team Members.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and safety.
