Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. (KBP Inspired) in Phoenix, AZ, is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure smooth service during each shift. You’ll train and coach team members, monitor quality and safety, and collaborate with management to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18+.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise Team Members to deliver great food and guest experiences.
• Keep operations moving smoothly during fast-paced periods.
• Support managers with daily tasks and training and help foster a positive team culture.
