What You Bring To The Table

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant (QSR).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation for Shift Manager employees varies based on skills, experience, and location, with starting ranges such as:

• $13.00 to $21.40 per hour in most areas.
• $17.00 to $19.00 per hour in Maryland.
