What You Bring To The Table

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, preferably in a quick serve restaurant (QSR).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation for Shift Managers is based on skills, experience, and location, discussed during hiring. Expected starting ranges include:

• $13.00 to $21.40 per hour nationally.
• Maryland: $17.00 to $19.00.
