What You Bring To The Table

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, preferably in a quick serve restaurant (QSR)
• Managers must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, maneuver safely in compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment

Compensation for Shift Manager employees depends on skills and experience, with starting ranges typically between $13.00 and $21.40 per hour, and higher in certain states like Maryland ($17.00 to $19.00).
