What You Bring To The Table

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in food service or retail, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant (QSR)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely

Compensation for Shift Manager employees varies based on skills, experience, and location, with an expected starting range of $13.00 to $21.40 per hour, and $17.00 to $19.00 in Maryland.
