What You Bring To The Table

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, preferably in a quick serve restaurant (QSR)
• Managers must be at least 18 years old
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly; operate restaurant equipment safely

Compensation for Shift Manager employees is based on skills and experience, with starting ranges as follows:

• General range: $13.00 to $21.40 per hour
• Maryland: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
