What You Bring To The Table

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant (QSR).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and maneuver safely through compact spaces while operating restaurant equipment.

Compensation

Shift Managers are paid based on skills and experience. The starting pay ranges from $13.00 to $21.40 per hour nationally, with specific ranges in certain states, such as Maryland ($17.00 to $19.00).
