What You Bring To The Table

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant (QSR).
• Managers must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation for Shift Managers varies based on skills, experience, location, and other factors. Starting ranges are approximately $13.00 to $21.40 per hour, with specific rates in Maryland of $17.00 to $19.00.
