Bonus Program: Eligible for quarterly bonuses based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life:

• Manage profitability, cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Team Members and Managers.
• Coach and train staff for operational excellence.
• Complete bi-weekly inventory counts.
• Ensure cleanliness and provide exceptional guest experiences.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of GM experience in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand/walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
