A Typical Day

• Manage profitability through cash control, inventory, labor, and financial review.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Team Members and Managers.
• Coach and train staff to operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts bi-weekly.
• Ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction through friendly service and quality products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation

Starting salary ranges from $55,000 to $60,000, depending on location and experience. Compensation is commensurate with skills and will be discussed during the hiring process.
