Bonus Program

A Day in the Life

• Manage profitability, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff.
• Coach and train employees for operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts biweekly.
• Maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year as General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand/walk constantly, and operate equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location. The starting range in Maryland is $55,000 - $60,000.
