Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible for a quarterly Bonus Program based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life:

• Manage profitability through cash control, inventory, labor, financial reviews, and appropriate actions.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees to operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts biweekly.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure guests receive friendly service and quality products.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1 year as General Manager in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
