As a General Manager, you will lead your restaurant’s Meatcraft. You will support your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. Your responsibilities include local store marketing, reaching sales and profit goals, and ensuring your restaurant delivers top-quality meats. To qualify for this role, you should:

• Have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Be eligible to work in the U.S.
