A Day in the Life

• Lead and motivate staff through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with controlling labor and food costs.
• Handle issues that arise during shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, push, pull heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $23.40 per hour, depending on location and experience. In Maryland, the range is $19.00 to $22.00 per hour. Compensation will be discussed during the hiring process.
