Daily Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and train team members to ensure a positive work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Address challenges that arise during shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects; stand and walk constantly; operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $23.40 per hour in most locations, with Maryland at $19.00 to $22.00. Compensation will be discussed during hiring, based on skills, experience, and location.
