A Day in the Life of an Assistant General Manager

• Lead and motivate a team, including training, scheduling, and coaching to ensure a positive work environment.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain high food quality standards.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Address issues during your shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
