A Day in the Life

• Lead and motivate a team, including training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, with starting ranges from $14.00 to $23.40/hour, and higher in Maryland. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
