Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking a full-time Arborist Representative to join our growing team. This role combines arboriculture passion with client relationship skills. Responsibilities include visiting client properties, assessing tree and shrub care needs, and providing scientific recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all sales areas within a defined territory, including marketing, customer service, and training
• Meet with residential and commercial clients to evaluate their tree and shrub care needs
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships
• Prepare proposals using sales tools and technology
• Supervise work to ensure completion to contract and satisfaction
• Set personal sales expectations and meet sales goals

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of related experience or prior sales experience
• ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain (we will support exam costs)
• Ability to identify regional trees/shrubs, diagnose pests/diseases, and recommend actions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or related field preferred but not required
