Are you passionate about outdoor work and scientific tree care? Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking a full-time Arborist Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines arboriculture expertise with client relationship management, helping us grow our business through long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

1. Visiting client properties to assess tree and shrub care needs
2. Providing scientific recommendations for tree and shrub health
3. Developing and maintaining positive client relationships
4. Preparing proposals and ensuring job completion to client satisfaction
5. Enforcing safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance

Qualifications include:

• 1-3 years of related experience in tree care or sales
• ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain it (we support exam costs)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills
• Preferred: Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or related field
